'WHO SHOT THE GUN?' was one of those songs that just came together nicely, and quickly. It was the night before BURKUM BOYS were set to record a live, in-studio session for the NPR radio program 'River City Folk'(Based out of Portland)- when Gabriel told the boys he had written a new song, and wanted some input. That song was 'WHO SHOT THE GUN?". After hearing it, the boys immediately arranged parts for this song and recorded it the very next morning at Studio B in Omaha with the incredible Clete Baker and Patrick Musilek. It was the first song featured during BURKUM BOYS guest appearance on NPR's 'River City Folk'.
